Jonathan D. Rosen

Mr. Rosen is an entrepreneur, wealth planning professional, and CEO of Entaire Global Companies, Inc. a financial services holding company specializing in leveraged strategies for retirement planning and wealth creation. Mr. Rosen is active in the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce to whose board he was named in 2009. Mr. Rosen was named one of Catalyst Magazine’s 25 Atlanta Entrepreneurs to Watch and was recognized by Gwinnett Magazine as one 2009’s People to Watch. Additionally, Mr. Rosen is the founder of The Wealth Builders Foundation for Economic Planning, Inc. a wealth management consultancy specializing in catering to the financial planning needs of high and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Mr. Rosen began his career as a healthcare management professional and has extensive experience in physician practice management at the corporate level. He was the founder and CEO of EVI Medical Management Systems, a firm that provided consulting services to physician’s practices. In this capacity, he managed multiple practice organizations, delivering a myriad of physician practice management services.

Mr. Rosen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania and attended Emory Law School. His areas of academic concentration and research have included insurance, risk management and healthcare management. Mr. Rosen has served as an adjunct instructor at the South Carolina School of Medicine in the area of wealth management. Over the years, he has become a noted speaker in the area of wealth building – his consulting clients include Sara Lee Corporation and Polo Ralph Lauren. Mr. Rosen is also co-inventor for 3 patents in area of Leveraged Planning™.

Andy Trotti

Dr. Trotti is a Professor and Director of Clinical Trials in Radiation Oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center. He is recognized for his expertise in Head and Neck (H&N) cancer. His research includes improving radiotherapy in H&N cancer using targeted agents and advanced radiation technologies.

He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) H&N Steering Committee responsible for development of NCI Phase II and III trials. He has authored NCI and Pharmaceutical sponsored landmark studies of radiation time-dose-schedules, organ preservation trials and interventions to reduce cancer therapy toxicity. Dr. Trotti is leading current NCI initiatives to develop new approaches to virus-related H&N cancers. He has a long standing interest in reducing the toxicity burden of cancer treatment and improving patient-reported quality of life.

Michelle Spiro

After graduating Cum Laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics and Psychology, Michelle attended Columbia University, where she received a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology.

Michelle started a career in the fashion industry by joining Macy’s Executive Training Program. In her five years at Macy’s she went from a trainee, to a department manager, assistant buyer, group manager, regional merchandise manager and a buyer for junior denim. She then joined DKNY and Calvin Klein and ultimately became National Sales Manger for DKNY women’s sportswear. Learning that her talents were in leading a team, she left DKNY to become Vice President of Sales for Polo Ralph Lauren men’s underwear which after six years, lead her to a position as Vice President of Sales, Merchandising and Sales Planning for Calvin Klein Men’s Underwear. Michelle also served as a member of the steering committee for The Warnaco Foundation.

She is now one of two principals at LYS Partners. Michelle excels at developing synergistic roadmaps that align forward-thinking business strategies and creative direction. As a partner, she has advised executives on diverse engagements, including creating governing foundations, developing short and long term initiatives, implementing standard operating procedures and best practices, instituting tools to measure progress, and driving change to achieve goals.

James Miller

Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in various corporate and entrepreneurial positions in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical & pediatric nutritionals. Mr. Miller has held several senior leadership roles with large and small Bio/Pharma companies such as Grifols, Astra Zeneca, and Abbott Laboratories where he held the positions of VP Marketing, International, VP Western Europe and many other senior positions. Mr. Miller has extensive international experience.

Ginger Gallagher

As President of Vela Strategic Marketing and Public Relations, Ginger Gallagher wears more hats than most people. She takes on many of the practical challenges of operating the agency, but she also manages client accounts, working with them to build strategies that will help them stand out from their competitors. Ginger’s bachelor’s degree in business administration from Greensboro College and MBA from Wake Forest University led to a 20+ year career in corporate America with Sara Lee Corporation. During this time, she gained experience in sales, merchandising, finance and marketing, creating a deep experience base and understanding of some of the country’s most respected brands.

Additionally, Ginger is a 9th degree black belt, who owns and operates Karate International of Lewisville, NC, leading and teaching the next generation of martial artists and community leaders.

Ms. Gallagher has been a volunteer and sponsor for the JDR Family Foundation since 2011 and has donated services that have given the organization a solid base in which to grow. Her belief in the organization’s mission has prompted the invitation to join the Board of Trustees.

Mike Davis

Mike Davis is the former Mayor of Dunwoody whose tenure is praised for its economic development. He worked to attract the Mercedes Benz US headquarters and a State Farm regional headquarters to the city. During his term, he also visited over 2000 CEO’s and other high level corporate officials in and around the city to maintain and attract business to the area. Consequently, office and retail space in Dunwoody has the highest occupation levels in the city’s history.

As a Trustee, he brings the experience and connections that will create growth and brand awareness in our community. His passion to educate the next generation on the importance of making smart financial decision has stemmed from his own entrepreneurial and investing experiences.

Laura Courchesne

Ms. Courchesne is an undergraduate student currently attending the University of Georgia, double majoring in Cognitive Science and Economics. At UGA, she is a member of the Honors Program and a recipient of the Foundation Fellowship, their most prestigious undergraduate scholarship which covers the full cost of attendance. Laura is interested in understanding the relationship between culture, language, thought and behavior in order to improve social-systems and cross-cultural relationships. In particular, she wants to examine the environmental, cultural and cognitive factors which lead to faulty decision-making. Laura speaks French, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic. She has been working with the Rosen Family Foundation as the primary research and co-author on a series of articles examining the interplay between social policies and behavior. She works closely with Wealthy Habits to oversee curriculum development, the implementation of measures for program expansion as well as volunteer and community outreach. She is currently engaged in creating a research methodology to help track the long-term information retention of students in order to gauge the effectiveness of the program.
